FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-8 days using USPS. We do not ship outside of U.S.A at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

FREE SHIPPING
Every order or $50.00 or more qualifies for free shipping.

REFUND
Due to the nature of the product Bluff maintains a No Return Policy for all products sold. This means that, once a purchase is made, the transaction is final, and items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item is damaged, please return the product to us so we can either begin a replacement or a refund. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
